What the Service is

A practice tool for spoken Mandarin using an AI conversation partner. It is an aid for learning and travel preparation — not a certified translator, tutor, or professional language service.

AI-generated content

Conversations, scenarios, and translations are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions. Always double-check important phrases.

Acceptable use

• Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Don't use it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Don't attempt to extract API keys or circumvent rate limits.

Accounts, subscriptions & billing

Some features may require an account or a paid subscription. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices and plan limits may change with notice.

Free usage limits

Free use is subject to fair-use limits (e.g. a daily number of practice sessions) to keep the Service available and affordable for everyone.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the Service anytime.
